Payment Terms and Conditions

By making a payment to Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC for a seminar(s), you authorize Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC to charge you the fee that applies to you as listed on His Website using Helcim by one of the following methods: ACH, keyed & online (debit or credit), or in-person using Helcim. Pre-paid or reloadable debit or credit cards are not accepted. Payments are due prior to the start of seminars. If your ACH or paper check payment bounces, Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC will request that you use a new payment method.

By making a payment to Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC for legal services, you authorize Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC to charge you the fee(s) that apply/applies to you as listed on His fee schedule by one of the discussed methods between both Parties. Pre-paid or reloadable debit or credit cards are not accepted. Payments are due prior to legal services received. Payment for legal consulting services is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. For more information, please read the Service Contract you will be signing before receiving legal services. You may request this form by emailing tcorroto@gmail.com.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

You may receive a full refund for a seminar you paid for if you cancel 14 days prior to the start of it, less a $50 administrative fee. You must email Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC at tcorroto@gmail.com to request a refund. All other cancellations are non-refundable but will be credited to a future seminar. Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a seminar at any time, including replacing instructors who may be scheduled to deliver training instruction. In the event a seminar is cancelled, you are entitled to a full tuition refund. Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by you as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

For information on refunds regarding legal services, please read the Service Contract you will be signing before receiving such services. You may request this form by emailing tcorroto@gmail.com.

Shipping/Delivery

In the event that you are unable to attend a seminar and your paid fee is non-refundable, you may request in writing that any materials you were to receive as part of the seminar you missed are shipped to an address of your choosing. However, you will be required to pay the shipping fee as calculated by Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC, depending on weight, dimensions, destinations, additional surcharges, and/other options. Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC, is not responsible if the shipment does not arrive at your address of choosing, including if it is lost by a mail carrier or stolen by any person(s).

Warning

Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering premises where Tony Corroto Enterprises, LLC is teaching seminars or conducting business if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.
