D.U.I. Expert Witness

Tony Corroto was a Senior Police Officer with the Atlanta Police Department for over seventeen years. While working with the Atlanta Police Department he spent fourteen of his seventeen years assigned to the D. U. I. Task Force. He specialized as a Standardized Field Sobriety and a Drug Recognition Expert instructor. Mr. Corroto is certified by the GBI Division of Forensic Sciences to conduct analysis of breath specimens for their alcohol content using the Intoxilyzer 5000. He is a instructor for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and taught D. U. I. enforcement at the Atlanta Police Academy and the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. Mr. Corroto was also an "on call" expert witness for the state of Georgia. One of his many accomplishments was being listed as an expert witness to over 2300 state D. U. I. cases for the city of Atlanta in one year alone. Over the past eight years he has been listed on over 10,000 D. U. I. cases as an "on call" expert witness. Mr. Corroto has made over 2700 arrests for persons driving under the influence while working for the city of Atlanta's D. U. I. Task Force. He recently entered the private sector as a legal consultant and a nationwide D. U. I. expert witness. Mr. Corroto now serves as a DRE/DUI consultant and a nationwide DUI expert.
